Responding to your inquiry
We use your name, email address, selected service, event date and message to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible cooperation. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your message. Your information is not used for marketing on the basis of this consent.
Who receives your inquiry?
Your inquiry is sent to the organisers at [email protected] and [email protected]. The website is served by Cloudflare. When the online form is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile provides the security check and Brevo delivers email. The security check may process technical information about your browser and connection.
Retention and your rights
Inquiries are retained in correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and related cooperation and to meet legal obligations. You may request information about your data, ask for corrections or deletion, or withdraw consent by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

Statistics and advertising measurement
If Google Analytics or Google Ads are connected, their tags load only after your respective consent. Statistics and advertising measurement can be chosen separately. We measure page views and inquiries accepted by the email delivery service. We do not send names, email addresses, message contents or the date from the form in Google events. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area under its own terms. Your consent choices are stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Google cookies may include _ga and _gcl_; analytics retention depends on the Google account settings. You can change your choices using the privacy settings button at the bottom of the page. Declining does not prevent you from using the inquiry form.
